| Worship is a vital part of our church family, and we
invite you to actively participate. Our desire is to experience
and respond to the presence of God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
At DeerGrove, we value the freedom found in Biblical worship (inward and
outward posture), expressing individual uniqueness as well as
recognizing our responsibility to consider one another.
I Samuel 16:7
The Lord said to Samuel, "Don't judge by his appearance
or height, for I have rejected him. The Lord doesn't make
decisions the way you do! People judge by outward appearance, but
the Lord looks at a person's thoughts and intentions." |

II Corinthians 3:17
Now, the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of
the Lord is, He gives freedom.
Hebrews 10:23-25
Without wavering, let us hold tightly to the hope we say
we have, for God can be trusted to keep his promise. Think of ways to
encourage one another to outbursts of love and good deeds. And let us
not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage and
warn each other, especially now that the day of His coming back again is
drawing near. |
